At MAVION, we stand behind the quality, performance, and durability of our products. This Warranty Policy outlines your rights and our commitment to supporting you.

1. Warranty Coverage

All MAVION cordless tools are covered by:

  • 3-Year Standard Warranty from the date of purchase
  • Extended Warranty up to 4 Years when you register your product within 30 days of purchase

This warranty applies to manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

2. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Warranty Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws which cannot be excluded.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Faulty components under normal residential use
  • Product failure not caused by misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modification

5. What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Consumable parts and accessories subject to regular wear
  • Misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper operation
  • Commercial or industrial use unless otherwise specified
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, or improper maintenance
  • Damage caused by external factors such as impact, rust, fire, vermin, power surges, or environmental exposure
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or outside Australia

6. Extended Warranty Registration

To receive the additional 1-year extended warranty, the product must be registered online within 30 days of purchase.

Registration may require:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Product model number
  • Serial number
  • Customer contact details

Extended warranty is available only through online registration and is not transferable.

7. Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, please provide:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Product details, including model number and issue description
  • Photos or videos of the issue if requested

8. Warranty Process

9. Product Use Disclaimer

All MAVION products are designed for general consumer use and should be used in accordance with the provided instructions and safety guidelines.

Failure to follow the product instructions may void this warranty.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MAVION is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use or misuse of the product.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
